Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Port Charlotte, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Charlotte County is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to perform design services for replacement of wastewater lift stations in Charlotte County at selected locations. Services include design of underground infrastructure including, manholes, wet wells, gravity sewer mains, sewer force mains and appurtenances, lift station equipment including, pumps, guide rails, piping, cables, conduit, control panels, door control units, back-up generators, and design of all other required structures including concrete slabs, hatches, pipe supports, driveways, fencing, lighting and other site work.
