Remodeling of an educational facility in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Install new 3,550 SF 2nd story within an existing building. Remodel includes new structural footings & structural framing for a new second floor, new classrooms, new breakroom and associated MEP distribution. See bid documents for full details The last day for bid questions is September 5, 2025, at 5pm. SunWest Builders, acting as the CM/GC contractor on behalf of Personalized Learning Inc. dba Redmond Proficiency Academy, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, reject any bid not in compliance with bid documents, reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public's best interest to do so. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, have secured a public works bond and identify whether the bidder is a resident bidder. **Please Note: This project is Prevailing wage; please use BOLI rates from January 2025. No work associated with the (6) new unisex restrooms on the first floor will be bidding at this time. Please omit any work shown on sheet AR02 from the drawing package. Electrical will not bid at this time. Invites will go out once Electrical Design is complete. There is no job walk at this time. MEPS folks, please reach out if you need specific As-Builts. Amendments for door schedule and finish plan. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
