**This is currently a notice of Special Procurement. Owner's Contract Review Board will be reviewing findings to allow an Alternative Procurement method option for this project. If approved, the City will move forward with quotes in October.** Redmond Contract Review Board Will Review Findings Supporting the Use of an Alternative Contracting Method for the Driving Range Upgrade Project at Juniper Golf Course. The City Proposes to Utilize Alternative Contracting Method in Accordance With Ors 279c.355, Which Allows for Exemption From the Traditional Low-bid Public Contracting Process. Any Entity Which Believes That They Are Adversely Affected or Aggrieved by This Special Procurement or the Procedures Set Forth in This Notice May Submit a Written Protest Within Fourteen (14) Calendar Days After the Publication of This Notice. The Fourteen (14) Calendar Day Protest Period Will End Any Protest Must Be in Writing and Specify Any Grounds Upon Which the Protest is Based. Please Refer to Oar 137-047-0700 for Protest Requirements.
