The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of approximately 14,400 LF of water line & installation of approximately10,220LFofnew water line & other appurtenances near Cutshin, KY. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Cutshin Water Line Replacement Project Phase1 The Project has an expected duration of 210 days. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under TitleIX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials usedinthisproject must be produced in the United States. The following waivers apply to this Contract: BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components Wage Rates This project is subject to federal wage rate requirements, including the Davis-BaconAct (DBA).
