*As of August 29, 2025 this project has been postponed and will put it out for bid at a later date.* Bids are being received for three separate contracts: Contract 1 - Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Contract 2 - Influent Pump Replacement Contract 3 - New Plant Site Preparation Contract 1 involves supplying, erecting and placing in operation a packaged wastewater treatment system to augment the existing Guthrie municipal wastewater treatment plant. Contract2 involves replacing two pumps in the existing plant influent pump station. Contract 3 involves clearing and grubbing and fencing of the new plant site. The work is located in Guthrie, Todd County, Kentucky at or adjacent to the existing wastewater treatment plant and is to be performed in accordance with contract documents and specifications. Separate lump sum bids will be received for each Contract. Bids will be accepted only from registered contractors holding approved bid forms provided by the Issuing Office.
