**As of February 12, 2024 project has not yet been awarded.** The Todd County Industrial Foundation will receive sealed Bids for the construction of the John E. Walton Business Park Water & Sewer Line Extensions. The contract involves the extension of 870 LF of 6-inch PVC Water Main and the extension of 785 LF of 8-inch Gravity Sewer Main to serve the John E. Walton Business Park off East Jefferson Davis Highway, all in the city limits of Elkton, Kentucky. Bids will be accepted only from registered contractors holding approved bid forms provided by the Issuing Office. No Bid will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent of the maximum Bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted. Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds within fifteen days after the tentative Notice of Award. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest, responsive, responsible Bid. The Todd County Industrial Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for opening Bids. Note that the OWNER reserves the right to award only a portion of the work, at the stated unit prices, due to limited funds available for the project.
