The City of Guthrie will accept sealed bids for a contract to mow Highland Cemetery. In addition to mowing, the contract needs to include all weed eating on the property and in between head stones and graves, all trash pickup, and removal of dead flowers. The contract should run for 9 months a year beginning in March and commencing in November. Upkeep is expected to be performed at least once a week during peak growing season. . The City of Guthrie reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or informality in bidding or bids received, where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the City.
