Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Guthrie, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 01/29/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions receive Bids are being received for three separate contracts: Contract 1 - Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction, which involves supplying, erecting, and placing in operation a packaged wastewater treatment system to augment the existing Guthrie municipal wastewater treatment plant; Contract 2 - New Plant Site Clearing and Grubbing, which involves clearing and grubbing of the new plant site; and Contract 3 - New Plant Site Fencing, which involves fencing the new plant site. The work is located in Guthrie, Todd County, Kentucky at or adjacent to the existing wastewater treatment plant and is to be performed in accordance with contract documents and specifications. Separate lump sum bids will be received for each Contract. Plans must be ordered by visiting www.mcgheeengineering.com and clicking "Bid Opportunities." Plans will be provided with an option of Digital only OR Printed Set w/ Digital copy. Bids will be accepted only from registered contractors holding approved bid forms provided by the Issuing Office. A plan holders list may be viewed at www.mcgheeengineering.com. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for receiving proposals.
