Concession Stand with electrical outlets in front ( kitchen sink, floor drain, hand sink, 50 gallon hot water heater) 3. Male and Female Bathroom (4 toilets, 2 urinals, 2 lavatories, 2 electric dryers) 4. Electricity required 5. Plumbing and fixtures required 6. Please include 10x6 sidewalk from the current pavilion to the concession stand/bathroom (location of the concession stand/bathroom is 10 ft from the pavilion towards the ball field)
