Site work and paving for a civil project in Union Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
** As of 09/25/2025 project has been awarded to Ultimate Backroads, LLC in the amount of $294,537.30.** The proposed construction consists of the extension of 700 LF of 8" sanitary sewer main (198 feet directionally drilled) along the east side of STH 45 (S Colony Ave.) and 575 L.F. of 12" directionally drilled water main that will be installed along the west side of STH 45 (S Colony Ave.), traffic control, surface restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work. Direct all questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents to Engineer (Telephone 815-444-3356 or gvogel@baxterwoodman.com). Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addendum emailed by the Engineer or the Engineer's designated independent distributor, to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) business days prior to the Bid Opening, might not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addendum will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
