Bidders shall submit a minimum of two (2) physical copies with completed bid form, as attached. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of bids, without the consent of the above Authority. Proposals shall be all-inclusive costs for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, services and equipment necessary to complete the project as described. The Deep River School District Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informality, or; to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the district.
