Site work for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and playground / park / athletic field.
Pierce County Parks and Recreation seeks the services of qualified signage contractors with expertise in all phases of sign fabrication and installation as required to furnish labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, subcontractor coordination and overhead to perform a variety of sign installations on Pierce County Parks properties and on trails managed by Pierce County Parks on County Right of Way or easements, throughout the County. The scope of services for Sign Installation Services includes but not be limited to the following work: sign fabrication, permit submission and tracking, site mobilization, site preparation, sign installation, miscellaneous tasks, and site cleanup. Question Deadline 09/10/2025 at 4:00 PM PT , All questions must be submitted electronically PROJECT ESTIMATE: The initial contract amount is estimated to be $500,000.00 not including WA State Sales Tax; the County reserves the right to add funds as needed throughout the duration of the contract PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH AND SITE EXAMINATION: No Pre-bid is planned for this bid opportunity.
