This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with State of Minnesota. The City of Babbitt reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Babbitt. Question Deadline 09/15/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
