Major Quantities for the Work Include: Estimated Item Description Unit Cost Remove existing blacktop 2800 SY Add Class 5 aggregate as needed Ton Fine grade 2800 SY Place tack coat 2800 SY Install 4" bituminous mat (2 lifts of 2") 2800 SY Restripe new Match existing asphalt area layout Please include a unit cost per square yard for any additional milling and overlay work that may be added to the original area $per Square Yard Bidders are strongly urged to visit Uptown Virginia and observe the existing conditions at the Mall.
