The estimate ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 The City of Attalla requests a quote for purchasing and installing a Sanitary Sewer Pump for the Lagoon Pump Station located at 4000 East Greenview Avenue, Rainbow City, AL 35906. The City strongly encourages contractors to review the site prior to submitting a quote. The quote shall include the following: Project Scope: The following items, but not limited to only these items, shall be included in the Lump Sum cost of purchasing and installing the Sanitary Sewer Pump for the Lagoon Pump Station: 1) The sanitary sewer pump shall meet or exceed the specifications of an 8" Godwin CD225 Open Diesel Engine Dri Prime Pump. 2) The pump shall be able to handle solids ofup to 3" in diameter. 3) The pump shall have the capability of producing flow rates up to 3240 GPM. 4) The pump shall be able to automatically prime to 28' ofsuction lift from dry. 5) The pump shall have automatic or manual start/stopping capabilities. 6) The pump shall be trailer mounted with 100 gallon Fuel Tank mounted on trailer as well. 7) The pump shall be power by a John Deere FT4 Diesel Engine (or equal). 8) The pump assembly shall include Two Floats. 9) The contractor shall deliver and install the pump. The installation includes connecting to existing 12" HDPE pipe and installing suction side pipe and floats in to wet well of pump station. 10) Contractor shall go over operation and maintenance ofpump with City Staff as soon as the pump is working property. 11 ) The pump shall have a minimum of 2 year manufactures warranty.
