The scope of work is detailed in the Challenger Bid Document and summarized herein: The selected Contractor(s) is/are responsible for providing complete landscape installation and/or irrigation design/installation services for Zone A (Cultivated Area as) identified on the Concept Plan. This includes all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to execute the project in accordance with approved plans and professional standards. The design must feature a designated sod type, native Alabama plants and trees, low-maintenance species for color and contrast, fertilization and winterization of plant beds, approved ground cover (such as pine straw), and a fully installed irrigation system with specified chemical treatments. Scope of Work: Contractor duties include design, site preparation, grading, soil amendments, and installation of all plant materials, mulch, and edging.
