Renovation of an educational facility in Giddings, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Giddings ISD will be accepting bids for the demolition of four metal door systems and the installation of four new aluminum storefront doors to the Giddings Intermediate Campus. The bid should include: o Demo existing metal doors entirely. All labor and dumpsters necessary to demo existing doors and structure and remove them from site. Install temporary fencing around the door system if work is completed during school hours, which will not allow entry into the school building. o Install new aluminum storefronts and doors, including all glass and any side or upper panels above or on the side of the doors, and name the make and/or model of the new doors and hardware. Glass must be at least 1/4'" tempered glass. o State regulations must be met for the proper bullet resistant film applied to all windows and doors of the new storefront. o Monetary breakdown of the project to include labor, material, installation, and filming for the entire door project.
