Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Giddings, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Partial Complete Repair of Roof The partial complete repair of the DORM 2 building (first section) to include: 1. Remove the first section of the existing copper roof system on Dorn 2. 2. Remove and replace the 5/8" CD plywood roof decking as needed including the synthetic underlayment. 3. Install new 24 ga. Prefinished (steel) standing seam metal roof. Bronze color to closely match the existing panels. Roof Panels to be McElroy Metal Maxima 1.5" 4. Install new 24 ga. Prefinished trim at eave, rake and ridge. 5. Provide and install new 24 ga. prefinished metal roof jacks/flashings for vent pipes. 6. Install new panel closures under the vented ridge cap 7. Protection of premises from damage; daily clean up and disposal of all debris.
