Kamole & Piiholo Water Treatment Plant Septic System Replacement This project involves the construction of a comprehensive septic system with a tank and leach field for the Kamole & Piiholo Water Treatment Plants. This project will include the demolition and abandonment, or removal, of the existing septic system(s) and the construction of a new septic tank, leach line and associated appurtenances for the two locations. The existing septic system at the Kamole Water Treatment Plant is a cesspool that needs to be replaced per the Hawaii State Department of Health (HDOH) Wastewater Branch per Hawaii State Legislature Act 125 Question Deadline 10/06/2025 Questionnaires, when required by the Procurement Officer, shall be submitted not less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time designated for opening of bids.
