This document sets forth the scope of work: Renovate interior spaces by replacing ceiling tiles with PVC panels and metal frames, new wooden doors, correcting all mappings on walls, and ceilings, painting all interior surfaces as necessary (including closets and doors), and replacing all window screens, and exterior spalling concrete corrections and painting as necessary. Location: USCG Housing SCOPE: Provide all personnel, labor, equipment, materials and supervision. 1.2.1 Ceiling Tile Replacement Preparation: Remove existing ceiling tiles, ensuring careful handling to avoid damage to the underlying structure. Installation Process: Install new metal frames according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring they are level and securely attached to the ceiling. Attach PVC panels to the new metal frames, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening. Finishing Touches: Inspect installations for any visible gaps or misalignments and make necessary adjustments. Clean the area and dispose of old ceiling tiles in accordance with local regulations. 3.
