Removal of existing AC/furnace units and installation of new equipment for living quarters at JSU. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to complete the work. Only new equipment covered by the manufacturer's warranty will be accepted; remanufactured or "gray market" items are not permitted. Shipping must be FOB destination within the Continental U.S., with the seller responsible for delivery and risk of loss until arrival. The contractor must be registered in SAM and comply with all applicable FAR commercial item terms and conditions. A site visit is encouraged to assess local conditions, and quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days after the solicitation closes. All invoices must be submitted electronically via the Department of Treasury Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
