Reference Number 0000301763 Question Deadline 10/09/2025 09:30:00 AM EDT The Facilities Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) invites Proponents to submit Proposals for design-build services to replace an Air Handling Unit 6 (AHU-6) in the Science Wing of the Andrews Building along with upgrades to its related electrical mechanical and control systems. The goal being improvement of energy efficiency and support UTSC's ongoing efforts to reduce carbon emissions. The University of Toronto Scarborough is located at 1265 Military Trail, Toronto, ON, Canada, M1C 1A4. Additional work includes: New Flooring at specified locations. Switching the steam coils in AHU- 9 and AHU-10 from steam to hot water n +9Additional two chillers in the central plant. Expanding existing Geo-Exchange field by drilling and connecting new boreholes. Replacement and consolidation of Air Handling Units (AHU) 8 and 4. All systems are to integrate with the Siemens Desigo Building Automation System and meet the necessary codes and standards.
