Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 38,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project is for a new Health Science Building consisting of classrooms, offices, common spaces, and laboratories for programs related to health sciences and exercise science. The project delivery method will be Construction Manager at Risk (CM-R). Proposals should include experience with projects using the CM-R delivery method. Full architectural services are needed to include interior and exterior design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, and civil engineering. The project will include LEED/Green Globes and commissioning services LICENSURE: To be considered for selection, persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws, as amended at the time of resume submission. Anticipated construction cost range: $20,000,000 to $22,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. As of December 26, 2025, project was rebid a second time with a closing date of November 20, 2025. Award selection not yet identified.
