The Project includes the following Work: New 3" Main Extension Installation Bids are requested for the following Contract: Pullen Pond Main Extension The Project has an expected duration of 150 consecutive calendar days. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of his/her base bid which is subject to conditions provided in the EJCDC C200 Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
