Each Bidder is required to furnish with its submission of the fully completed Bid Documents,a Bid Security in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form (Bid Guarantee and Contract and Performance Bond as provided in Section 153.57.1 of the Ohio Revised Code), must be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
