This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under FAR Part 15 RFP procedures. The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) requires correction of Medical Gas Deficiencies, Project #598-23-107. The work includes project management for all trades necessary to complete the project, including low voltage electrical work and control panel programming, plumbing work for gas lines, and underground civil work such as duct bank installation. The period of performance is 240 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Offerors must review the RFP and all attachments before submitting questions, which must be received by the cut-off date listed in the RFP. A single site visit will be scheduled; no additional or make-up visits will be allowed. Amendments will be posted on SAM.gov, and offerors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments. At proposal submission, offerors must certify SDVOSB status, small business eligibility under NAICS 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $45M), and verification in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) system. Registration in SAM.gov is also required. Equitable adjustments for change orders will be reviewed per FAR 36 and 43.
