The Contractor will provide elevator inspection services to the VA Portland Health Care System at both the Portland and Vancouver Campuses to ensure elevators operate safely and comply with all required safety codes. Inspection services will be conducted and documented on a semiannual basis (every six months). The contractor is responsible for scheduling inspections at least four weeks in advance through the VA point of contact or designated representative. The contract includes a base year and four option years.
