New Parks & Streets Department Facilities and Site Improvements for the City of Sullivan, Missouri. Bid package includes construction of a new 70' x 155' building to house the Parks Department and a new 80' x 168' building for the Streets Department, along with foundations, slabs, interior framing and finishes, windows, doors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. as shown on the drawings. Project also includes, but is not limited to, site improvements such as clearing, excavation, grading and backfill, installation of underground utilities and associated structures, concrete drive aprons, parking lots and all other work associated with providing the Owner with complete and usable facilities. Project bid package also includes bid alternates consisting of constructing new roads and parking lots within the City's existing property adjacent to the proposed new Parks Department Facility. Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total bid. The prevailing hourly rate of wages, as determined by the Industrial Commission of Missouri, will be complied with on this project, and not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as found by the agencies or Court of Appeals shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
