This work briefly includes : - Storm sewer work; - Reprofiling of ditches; - Asphalt foundation and paving; - 2.0 m wide multi-purpose path; - Chain link fencing; - Grassing; To be considered, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the City, or by a bid bond issued by a recognized insurance company in insurance guaranteed by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions of Québec in an amount equal to 10% or more of the amount of the bid, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of the bid opening. In addition, each bid must be accompanied by a document issued by an insurance company recognized as a guarantee insurer by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions of Quebec confirming that it will issue a contract performance bond in favor of the City for a value of 50% of the contract price, and a labor, creditor and subcontractor payment bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price, all valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the bid opening date.
