RFP_359773_SLAC_CUIR_Subproject_1_Master_Substation_Design_Services SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is seeking qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms to provide professional services for the Critical Utilities Infrastructure Revitalization (CUIR), Subproject 1. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a final design package, including Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and specifications, as well as construction cost and schedule estimates. The scope includes a base component for Master Substation Expansion Professional Services and three optional components: 230kV Transformer Replacement Professional Services, Master Substation Expansion Construction Support, and 230kV Transformer Replacement Construction Support. These services aim to modernize utility infrastructure originally built in the 1960s to support SLAC's current and future scientific research.
