The Division of Aging and Long-Term Care Support is seeking contractor(s) to complete sidewalk repair associated with water and ice damage at the Nahata Dziil Senior Center. The scope includes the following: 1. Installing new Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Unit and Replacement Services for three Senior Centers. 2. Complete and assessment of the HVAC's that will be replaced, including air ducts, vents and air conditioner units. 3. Provide labor and supplies, parts, and equipment for HVAC, air vents and duct services. 4. A timeline for the five HVAC units will need to be completed on or before September 30, 2025. 5. Warranty Service: Extended warranty parts and labor (define maximum number of year available) 6. Ensure costs such as labor, travel time, mileage, parts and supplies are reasonable and are for the work completed for the applicable Fort Defiance DALTCS Program. 7. The contractor will furnish all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete the installation of the HVAC units. 8. Pricing shall include the removal of surplus materials, slate scraps, and debris. The HVAC will be installed to a good and working manner at the three sites requested.
