This solicitation is for Engineering Services related to our LAKOTA CROSSING site located at 1741 Lakota Drive in Florence, S.C. We need to redirect storm water runoff from the apartments to avoid water entry during heavy rains/storms. Please call/e-mail our Director of Facilities Management Michael Manus @ (843) 519-1247 mmanus@hafsc.org for further information. Unlike sealed bidding, this is a competitive proposal method which permits consideration of technical factors other than price. The contract will be subject to termination upon thirty (30) days advance notice by either party. A schedule of fees and list of qualifications is required to constitute an acceptable proposal. A contract award will be made in writing to the most qualified, responsive, and responsible bidder as stated in 2 CFR 200.320 (d)(5) in the Code of Federal Regulations. The HAF reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals presented. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
