Renovation of an educational facility in Florence, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 126,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Interior renovations and HVAC Upgrades of Founder Hall and Cauthen Education Media Center buildings located in the heart of the FMU campus. These buildings comprise of 2 stories and 126,000+/- SF. Work includes renovations of select rooms for repurposing use, restrooms renovations including Toilet Partition replacement, Replacing Stair and Ramp Railings, Select replacement of Carpet Tile and Acoustic Ceiling Tile. Select HVAC upgrades, Select Lighting Replacement and other Electrical upgrades, Select Plumbing upgrades and renovations, Painting Interior Brick walls and exterior concrete trim, and landscaping upgrades.
