The City of Florence, SC (the City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a five-year update to its Comprehensive Plan in accordance with the South Carolina Local Government Comprehensive Planning Enabling Act (SC Code Title 6, Chapter 29). The updated plan will continue to guide the City's growth, development, and investment strategies over the next 10 to 15 years. Event bid note: Directions may be obtained by calling (843) 665-3165.
