The District is soliciting proposals from firms to perform Integrated Project Delivery services to construct a new District prototype facility of approximately 130,000SF, which will also include administration, food service, dining, guidance, educational spaces, support spaces, etc. All questions must be submitted in to the District Contact person by 12:00 PM (noon) on 8/22/2025. Notice of Intent to Award Issued October 21, 2025 (estimated)
