Site work for a water / sewer project in Del Rio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project No. R:2025-220 Scope Construction of water distribution system pipelines & components replacing existing water infrastructure consisting of approximately 41,650 LF of 8-inch diameter pipelines and 4,800 LF of 12-inch diameter pipelines. The project will include all pipes, associated valves, fittings hydrants, & water appurtenances, encasements, water service line & meter replacement, cutting & patching of streets, all testing, disinfection, SWPPP measures, traffic control, and related material & procedures as outlined in the construction plans and specifications. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all offers. The Owner has determined that the Competitive Sealed Qualifications method of procurement will provide the best value for this project. This procurement shall conform to Section 2269 of the Texas Government Code. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions may be submitted at online or may be emailed directly to the issuing office at Michelle.Dyson@tetratech.com. All questions must be provided in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
