This acquisition is for re-establishing a Remote Video Surveillance System (RVSS) site with a fully integrated Video Integration Protection Enhancement Real-Time (VIPER) control and display system. The scope includes technical installation work at the Chittum Tower site in the Del Rio Sector, TX. All items and services must be delivered within 45 calendar days after receipt of award, as outlined in the Statement of Work (Attachment 01 SOW_6973GH-25-R-00184_CBP RVSS-L CHITTUM TOWER TECH INSTALL). The FAA intends to issue a single purchase order based on the lowest price from a responsible offeror. Responses must include a completed and signed solicitation document, SBA 8(a) certification letter if applicable, and appropriate bonds. Key Scope Items Provide technical services (setup, mobilization, demobilization, labor, tools, and equipment). Install Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) such as Electro-Optical (EO) and Infrared (IR) cameras, microwave link, and shelter components. Install two (2) camera suites, one (1) camera suite mounting platform, and one (1) microwave link. Connect electrical services to the shelter. Perform manual trenching (no heavy equipment allowed) for conduit runs from the power grid to the shelter pad site. Construct a 10' x 15' concrete pad with rebar capable of supporting a ~17,000 lb shelter All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer (Tamara M. Maxwell).
