Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in San Diego, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 118,052-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The selected DBE is expected to assemble and lead an integrated team capable of delivering a complex healthcare campus of 118,052 GSF of program space within the required delivery of June 2031, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, innovation, fiscal responsibility, and community stewardship. The County anticipates utilizing long-term County financing while leveraging progressive design-build development expertise to provide schedule certainty, cost certainty, and efficient project delivery. Development of a new behavioral health wellness campus on approx. 8.24 acres of county-owned property. New facilities designed to provide a comprehensive continuum of behavioral health services for adults, including outpatient treatment, crisis stabilization, residential substance use treatment, mental health rehabilitation, social rehabilitation, peer support, administrative and operational support functions, and related behavioral health programs. Associated site improvements, including parking, circulation, landscaping, outdoor therapeutic and recreational spaces, utility infrastructure, signage, lighting, security features, stormwater features and other improvements necessary to support campus operations.
