Renovation of a residential development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment, insurance and all other incidentals required to provide repair services to various Residential Elevators/Wheelchair Lifts located at various HABC properties on a Time & Material Basis. The Residential Elevators/Wheelchair Lifts include, but are not limited to, the types listed below: 1. Concord "Kwiklift" / Type IL-G 2. Savaria Concord, Inc. Telecab Residential 36" x 48" Traditional 3. ThyssenKrupp PL-EZE 120 4. ThyssenKrupp "Rise" 5. Savaria Concord, Inc. Eclipse Model 40" x 54", Type 1R. Term of Contract: The contract(s) resulting from this IFB shall provide for a term of not to exceed one (1) year, except that HABC shall have a unilateral option to renew the contract(s) upon the same terms and conditions for another period not to exceed one (1) year. The contract term shall commence on the date specified in the Notice-to-proceed or Purchase Order issued by HABC. The overall contract Not-to-Exceed amount will not exceed Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00).
