Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible Contractor to remove auditorium seating from Skyline High School and reinstall at Taylorsville High School according to the attached specifications. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Questions Due Date: Sep 10th 2025, 1:00 PM MDT Questions Due Date Online Portal All questions must be submitted via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, tools, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work as indicated on the Drawings and in accordance with Bid Documents and Specifications, and other documents as provided for the performance of this work as described below and in the SPECIFICATIONS document: Work shall include, but is not limited to the following. The Granite School District is requesting the services of a Contractor to remove the existing lower auditorium seating at Skyline High School and reinstall in Taylorsville High Schools auditorium. It will be the contractors responsibility to remove all seating from both locations, dispose of seating from Taylorsville off site and transporting Skyline Highs seating to Taylorsville High.
