Washtenaw Community College is soliciting proposals from qualified painting contractors to provide oncall painting services on a time-and-materials (T&M) basis. The selected contractor(s) may be responsible for interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, finishing, and related tasks. Jobs may be planned and scheduled or may be an emergency where an immediate response is required. Services may include, but are not limited to: o Interior and exterior painting of walls, ceilings, doors, and trim o Surface preparation (e.g., cleaning, sanding, patching) o Priming and sealing o Touch-ups and post-job cleanup o Minor drywall repair as needed for painting preparation Work may be requested on an as-needed basis. The Contractor will provide personnel, equipment, and materials unless otherwise noted. Question Deadline 09/08/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Questions must be addressed to pur@wccnet.edu with "RFP 6766" in the subject line. All questions received by the deadline date will be posted with answers on the WCC Purchasing website at electronically by September 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. The College intends to issue an award for contracted services for an initial period of one (1) year, with the possibility of extension for up to two additional one-year periods, subject to performance and mutual agreement.
