Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Christiansburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of sidewalk and curb ramp improvements meeting ADA standards, asphalt mill and overlay, curb and gutter, storm drainage, traffic and pedestrian signals, pavement markings and signing, and associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The DBE Goal for this procurement is set at 0%.
