Franklin reconfigured from two thru lanes in both directions to one thru lane in both directions with center turn lane. College St. converted to right-in-right out only. Upgrade existing signal and add pedestrian accommodations. The project is included in the City's 2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 18, 2025, project construction expected Spring 2027-Spring 2028. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
