Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Christiansburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of rehabilitation of a 1.5 MG ground water storage tank, including structural roof repairs, ventilation Improvements, addition of a new 36" manhole, repainting, valve replacement, addition of a mixing system, and all associated appurtenances. A deductive alternate consists of the use of an alternative paint system for interior repainting. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
