(5) - Multi-Discipline Environmental (TP-659 Re-post) (Environmental E-3 Level A) Location(s) Statewide, New Jersey Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes 25% SBEs This scope of work provides for environmental and engineering support for the development and operation of New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) owned/leased properties; the analysis of proposed and imposed regulatory laws, regulations, policies, guidance and the development of policies/guidance in response to such changes; the preparation of documents related to obtaining regulatory approvals and permits from state and federal agencies; and other environmental and engineering initiatives.
