North Taft Avenue Water and Storm Improvements Project. This bid is for pre-qualified contractors only. The Owner's intent is for a single prime Contractor to supply all labor, materials, equipment, oversight, and supervision for the following: o Replacement of existing 12-inch cast iron waterline with a new 16-inch PVC waterline totaling approximately 3,800 feet from the intersection of N. Taft Ave and 18 th St. north to the intersection of N. Taft Ave and 29 th St. o Construction of approximately 500 linear feet of 24-inch waterline in 29 th Street for future improvements. o Installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary watersystemsto maintain customer service during extended water shutdowns. o Connections to the new waterline to reinstate existing lateral water lines. o Connections to the new waterline to reinstate existing private service lines. o Removal of internal water meter sets and resetting in external water meter pits. o Replacement of 16 linear feet of existing 8-inch VCP sanitary sewer pipe with 10-inch PVC. o Conduct sanitary sewer bypass operations to remove and replace sanitary sewer line. o Installation, replacement, or upgrade of drainage, inlet, and storm piping at the intersection of N. Taft Ave and 18 thSt. and along N. Taft Ave from 25 thSt. to 28thSt. o Installation, replacement, or upgrade of drainage, inlet, and storm piping at the intersection of N. Taft Ave and 22nd St. and installation of riprap along Lake Loveland from sidewalk into the lake. o Replacement and lining of existing storm sewer pipes in N. Taft Ave between 29thSt. and Abarr Pond, as well as installation of new storm sewer line and outfall at Abarr Pond. o Protection of the site and erosion control measures o Replacement of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk. Rehabilitation and re-establishment of all public property and rights-of-way, private property, and disturbed landscaping/vegetated areas within the project limits including the areas used for laydown/staging Last day for questions will be on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 5:00 PM MT.
