Questions Due Date: Oct 9th 2025, 5:00 PM CDT GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: o ~12,500 LF of 54" Water Line by Open Cut (AWWA C200 or AWWA C303) o ~407 LF of 78" Steel Casing Pipe or Tunnel Liner Plate with 54" Carrier Pipe by other than Open Cut o ~266 LF of 78" Steel Casing Pipe with 54" Carrier Pipe by Open Cut o ~160 LF of 16" Water Line by Open Cut o ~1,175 LF of 8" Water Line by Open Cut o ~40 LF of 21" RCP Storm Drain o ~195 LF of 24" RCP Storm Drain o ~15 LF of 42" RCP Storm Drain o ~20 LF of 48" RCP Storm Drain o ~41,265 SY of Asphalt Pavement Repair o ~880 SY of 8" Concrete Pavement Repair Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids.
