Questions Due Date: Sep 12th 2025, 2:00 PM CDT The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Extension, replacements and/or improvements to existing storm water systems and other pertinent construction required to provide a more effective drainage system to neighborhoods within the City limits of Fort Worth. Work for this contract will be provided through WORK ORDER TASKS, based on the availability of funds and in coordination with the successful Bidder's schedule. Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 3 of 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. Contract(s) may be renewed for one (1) additional term at the earlier of the expiration of contract funds or contract time under the same terms, conditions, and unit prices.
