The City of New Carrollton, Maryland is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to furnish and install new heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the Mechanic Shop located at the Department of Public Works (DPW) Facility. The City seeks energy-efficient, reliable, and cost-effective HVAC solutions that will provide year-round comfort for DPW personnel and ensure a safe working environment. Question Submission Deadline:September 16, 2025, 10:00am All questions or requests for clarification regarding this RFP must be received, in writing, via email at rfp@newcarrolltonmd.gov The City will accept or reject bids within thirty (30) days of the date set for opening bids. The City reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids or portion(s) thereof where such rejection or acceptance would, in the City's sole and absolute discretion, be in the best interest of the City, and further reserves the right to reduce or modify the scope of the Project in order to meet funding limits, budget and scheduling constraints.
