Water Well Site No. 1 Improvements Project Make improvements and make modifications to the Ground Storage Tank (50,000 gallons), Raising the building floor and door, raising the air compressor pad, replacement of roof, replacement of pump starters with soft starters to control water hammer, replacement of window air conditioner, demolishing and reconstructing the chemical feed rooms, removal of existing chemical feed piping inside the building, constructing the chemical feed yard piping, constructing chemical feed system improvements, install additional one (1) phosphate tank, install additional LMI pump for phosphate, constructing above ground header piping, redirecting 6" water line to header piping, removing/replacing inlet and outlet piping on ground storage tank, constructing above ground header piping at ground storage tank inlet/outlet and other various improvements. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $ 330,000 . The Project has an expected duration of 260 Working days. Redirect 6" water line to header piping. 14. Remove and replace existing inlet and outlet piping on ground storage tank. 15. Construct below ground piping at ground storage tank inlet/outlet.
